Appeals

If you, or another immigration consultant acting on your behalf, have previously made an immigration application which was refused, we are able to appeal your case to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). Refusals of immigration applications can arise from many circumstances, such as insufficient supporting documentation, an ill-prepared or under-prepared case, or something as simple as nervousness during an immigration interview. Sometimes Visa Officers make mistakes due to their own misunderstanding of the facts of a case. However, you still have the right of appeal against any negative decision to the IRB.
